Excess Congestion Fund Report Enhancement: The daily Excess Congestion (ECF) Report has been modified to include FTR Target Credit Allocation data. A new column on the MKT TOT tab labeled FTR_TRG_CR_ALC will display the data for the same dates and date ranges currently available in the Report. The first enhanced report was generated and posted in the evening of Tuesday May 11, 2010.

System Notification - Day Ahead Ramp Capability Enhancement.
The Midwest ISO is implementing the Day Ahead Ramp Capability Enhancement software in the day-ahead market for the 4/21/2010 operating day. This notice is to advise all participants proactively of this change, as presented at the April Market Subcommittee.
The Energy & Operating Reserve Market BPM has been updated to reflect the changes associated with this initiative and can be located on the midwestmarket.org site at the following link.

The deadline for submitting meter data to the Midwest ISO will change effective April 1, 2010. Beginning that day, MDMAs will be able to submit meter data files up till noon EST, one day prior to the Settlement Day (i.e. Noon EST on the 6th calendar day following the Operating Day for the S7 statement). The Market Settlements BPM has been updated to reflect the new timeline.

Commensurate with the FERC order issued on Friday February 26 regarding the Midwest ISOs proposed filing on Dispatch Bands and Tolerance Band changes, the Midwest ISO discontinued the use of dispatch bands in its Unit Dispatch System solutions effective March 1. Other aspects of the order relating to tolerance bands, excessive/deficient energy charges, and ORSGP and DA margin assurance payments will be implemented and included by the S14 settlement statements for the operating days on and after March 1.
